Yup it is what it is. Getting a set of new tires and only at 5k miles, costing me $2k. Oil changes are around $100.

You're worrying too much. Car will be fine, it's already been pushed and tested after it comes off the assembly line. It's built well and can take the abuse. Nissan just writes that in the manual...

Yes, every GT-R gets 8 laps on the track testing brakes, transmission, and such. Mine had 40 when I bought it. It's not fishy, perfectly normal don't freak out, you will love the car if you buy it....

The noise level is not an issue, just bumpy - it really depends on how smooth the roads are too. Hawaii's roads are terribly beat up.
