I just bought a 2014 GT-R and love the car with one problem....the front lip scrapped against the street as I drove out of my driveway. First time out of driveway I didn't have a problem but second time I put a small tear on front lip. Now I'm sick about it.

Is there a way to repair at a reasonable cost or am I screwed? Is there a way to protect lip? Do you recommend Stillen skid plate to protect the lip and if so can you recommend a site to purchase it from? How difficult is the Stillen skid guard to install and does it reduce ground clearance? Also, can the GT-R drive over speed hums/bumps or is that going to be a problem too?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

The cheapest place I have found to get a front lip or any of my oem GTR parts is www.newnissanparts.com all 100% genunie nissan oem parts and fast shipping. And you proably need to go at more of an angle coming up or down a incline, or big dipps, Ive drove some pretty messed up road in my lowered m3 and never drag or scrap after a little bit of pratice.
